Compelling voice
When Aoba makes demands or requests they aren't always that - sometimes they can't be ignored. The most basic version is to tell other people what to do and them feeling a supernatural compulsion to do it - they feel a genuine need to follow Aoba's commands. It effects everyone differently, sometimes he's just making a request and suddenly that becomes someone's One Obsession (along with Aoba himself, and the desire to hear his voice again), other times it's much more subtle and easy to ignore as hard as he's trying. It's very rare outside life or death situations that he makes an attempt to use this ability, sometimes it slips out without him meaning. He's not great at controlling it. His alternate self likes to throw it around for shits and giggles on the other hand.

Scrap
Scrap is destruction. Memories, certain aspects of a person's psyche or personality, if it's in the brain Scrap can, well, scrap it. While Aoba physically stays in the real world, he projects himself into the mind of the person who is being Scrapped, sometimes witnessing parts of their past that are truthful or distorted by that person's own perceptions. It can look like anything, depending on the person and what Aoba is looking for. Using it wrong means that he can accidentally end up leaving a person a drooling vegetable with a low chance of any kind of recovery (or worse, can trap the person in their own mental hell scape - and Aoba in there with them), but it can also be used for positive outcomes as well - to destroy instead the doubts holding a person back, the guilt they felt over something in their history. Each person is unique in how their psyche manifests and what the best course of action is to help them - sometimes the best thing to do is not touch anything at all.

Compelling Voice is likely the only one to come up in casual play - Scrap is more of a Plot Point that would only really happen with planning ahead of time to do it.
